  4. Add support of IP Address Space-bound user accounts

    When the main account holder defines new user account, he must have the possibility to restrict it to a single IP Address space.

    It's useful for the delegation of responsibilities and the control of what the user can see.

    It must show detailed info about Address/Mask combination.
